YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – The owner of an illegal kennel in Youngsville is facing additional animal cruelty charges on Friday, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said. Anne-Marie Green, the owner of Green Meadow Kennels, was arrested for 15 criminal counts for “her hellacious treatment of animals,” according to a news release from Franklin County Sheriff Kevin White.
