Good morning friends! It has been quite a while since I last shared a full work week of themed recipes. So, that’s exactly what I am going to do today.

As many of you know, one of my all-time favorite fruits (and foods in general) is the banana. It is a simple ingredient that is sweet, budget friendly, and plant based. I think that bananas are super versatile. You can put them in smoothies, oatmeal bowls, pancakes, and the list goes on.

I love to incorporate bananas into a wide variety of meals and snacks. Today, I’m going to show you five recipes I recently made that include bananas. Hopefully, these recipes will serve as a source of inspiration for easy, budget friendly meals that you can create with this simple fruit as well.

Monday – PB Banana Pita Bread

On Monday, I had a delicious afternoon snack of peanut butter banana pita bread. This little treat came together in just five minutes. All I did was toast my pita bread and top it off with my protein peanut butter spread and bananas. It was quick, simple, and delicious!
