HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Hillsborough police are recognizing the work of one of their own after a suspect was taken into custody. Officers were recently patrolling parking lots of businesses at Hampton Point Boulevard when they found a stolen car in the Walmart parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted and two people in the car were taken into custody, according to police.
