RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – As rain moves into the area, the National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a flood watch for parts of central North Carolina. The flood watch will be in effect beginning 8 p.m. Wednesday night and is currently expected to last until Thursday evening, NWS Raleigh said.
