DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – A dead person was found submerged in water near a Durham park on Saturday night, police said. The discovery was reported as a “deceased person” just before 8:30 p.m. in the 5100 block of N. Roxboro St., according to a short statement from the Durham Police Department.
