The Chapel Hill Police Department is turning to the community and asking for assistance in locating a teenager reported missing. A release from the department Sunday morning said a report has been filed for 15-year-old Summer Havens of Chapel Hill. She was last seen around 5 a.m. on Sunday, September 15 in the area of Willow Drive. Police said Havens is not believed to be in danger.
