North Carolina woman facing 25 animal cruelty charges

WENDELL, N.C. (WNCN) — A Wendell woman was arrested Thursday after several animals were found neglected at a home a week earlier, deputies said.

According to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were asked on May 27 to investigate reported animal neglect at a home in the 2500 block of Edgemont Road near Wendell at the request of Wake County Animal Control.
