5-year-old allegedly shot during road rage incident, bullet lodged in sippy cup

CARY, N.C. (WKRC) – A 5-year-old child was allegedly hit by a bullet as the unintended victim of a road rage shooting, after which the bullet became lodged in her sippy cup.

According to local outlet WRAL, 20-year-old Charles Stevenson Jr. was driving aggressively on U.S. Highway 64 during Monday’s rush hour. While pulling off an exit, Stevenson allegedly pulled out a firearm and shot into a pickup truck. His reasoning for shooting was not disclosed.
