DURHAM, N.C. — Year-round Durham Public Schools students went back to classes Monday.
“I’m excited about our students getting back in our building and learning and getting everything that they can get while they’re here in the building,” principal of Hope Valley Elementary School Ingrid Whitaker said, adding it’s key for the students to be safe and have a sense of belonging there.
