RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — On a day that organizers have dubbed the “Rage against the Regime,” people have begun gathering in downtown Raleigh for the next mass mobilization.
People for Democracy are the organizers behind the Saturday morning rally and march at Halifax Mall on Salisbury Street. According to the organizers, multiple people will speak at the protest to address the “end to the political extremism and blatant voter suppression” in North Carolina.
Also at the protest, organizers said protesters will form a human chain after a brief march. An officer on scene said around 1,500 people gathered at the event. No injuries or disruption were reported by police…
