BANDON, Ore.– A trio of Duke women’s golfers – Rianne Malixi, Avery McCrery and Andie Smith – will close the 2025 summer by competing in the U.S. Women’s Amateur, which is being contested Aug. 4-10 at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon.
A field of 156 golfers will compete in the 2025 U.S. Women’s Amateur. All golfers will play 36 holes of stroke-play qualifying Monday and Tuesday. The top 64 golfers then move on to match play, which kicks off Wednesday with the first round. The round of 32 and 16 of match play takes place Thursday with the quarterfinals (Friday), semifinals (Saturday) and a 36-hole championship match Sunday.
