The Durham County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that an arrest has been made in a May shooting.
Jose Manuel Cantera Ortiz, 19, was taken into custody and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and altering/stealing/destroying criminal evidence.
