A motorcyclist died in a collision with a fire truck. Who had the right of way?

Five days after an Apex motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a city of Durham fire truck, the investigation into who was responsible remains underway.

Dhawal Rasikkumar Desai, 46, was killed about 10 a.m. Sunday when his Suzuki 800 collided with a fire engine at the intersection of N.C. 54 and T.W. Alexander Drive in Durham County, the N.C. State Highway Patrol said.
