North Carolina chiropractor charged with felony secret peeping after Best Buy incident, police say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A Durham chiropractor was arrested Monday on a felony charge in connection with a peeping incident in Raleigh, police said.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the incident happened on September 1 at the Best Buy on Capital Boulevard.

Police said 28-year-old Jeremy Rolow of Raleigh used a cellphone to secretly record the victim, who was in a private restroom stall.
