A man was shot and killed in Durham on Tuesday morning, police said.
Officers responded to a report of gunshots at 9:43 a.m. in the 1900 block of Capps Street and found a man with gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police did not release the man’s name.
