Raleigh police standoff with man ends, Tryon Road reopens

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Police have reopened roads in south Raleigh on Sunday afternoon after a man barricaded himself in a townhome and refused to leave, officers said.

The incident was first reported around 1 p.m. off Tryon Road, a few blocks west of U.S. 401, according to the Raleigh Police Department.
