CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) — Chapel Hill Mayor Jess Anderson released an update Tuesday concerning the city’s recovery efforts post Tropical Storm Chantal.
According to the mayor’s update, more than half of the public housing residents impacted by the storm are back home, with the rest expected to return by Thanksgiving.
