ROCKINGHAM — A Richmond County woman was recently arrested on charges from Wake County.
An arrest warrant issued to the Apex Police Department alleges that 61-year-old Diana Denise Willard, with an address listed on Smith Street in Rockingham, stole a woman’s purse on Oct. 11.
Inside the purse was $500 in currency, the owner’s driver license, anxiety medication and two credit cards, according to the warrant…
