The Chapel Hill Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance locating a missing person. Mikylah Barnes, 16, of Chapel Hill, was last seen in the area of Valentine Lane around 10:30pm Wednesday.
Barnes is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Her hair was pulled into two buns and dyed red. It is not known what Barnes was last wearing…
