France-based CITEL America, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial surge protection products, plans to establish operations in Hillsborough, North Carolina. The $12.5 million project is expected to create 57 jobs in Orange County.
The company’s new 82,900-square-foot facility will include administration, manufacturing, engineering, and sales and marketing operations.
