A Rougemont man who bought a Powerball ticket in November has claimed a substantial prize.
Neil Warren bought a ticket online for the Nov. 15 drawing. He matched the numbers on four white balls and the red Powerball to win $50,000. Because he bought a Power Play ticket, his prize quadrupled to $200,000 when the 4X multiplier hit.
