Durham County judge arrested on assault, domestic violence charges: Warrant

DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — The chief district court judge in Durham County was arrested Monday on assault and domestic violence charges, a warrant shows.

Clayton J. Jones Jr., 48, of Durham is accused of physically attacking a woman he was previously in a relationship with on Nov. 29, according to a warrant filed by the Durham Police Department.
