A person was killed while running at the intersection of Tryon Road and Dillard Drive in Raleigh.
On Thursday at 1:25 a.m., Raleigh Police Department responded to a crash. When officers arrived they found 27-year-old Daniel Zacharias II had been hit by a Kia Optima.
