2nd arrest made in accidental Durham shooting involving 4-year-old

A second arrest was made in connection to a shooting involving a 4-year-old.

Durham police officers responded to the 1600 block of Greenbriar Road the morning of Nov. 17 last year. Authorities say they found a young boy with serious injuries, and he was taken to a hospital.
