CLAYTON — A Wake County man faces multiple charges after being arrested Thursday following a vehicle pursuit involving the Clayton Police Department.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by The Johnstonian News, Tyshawn Lamar Satterwhite, 22, of Grandover Drive in Raleigh, is accused of “unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did operate a motor vehicle on a highway, public vehicular area, started at Town Centre Blvd., ended on the 13000 blk of U.S. Hwy 70 Bus E., while fleeing a law enforcement officer … in the lawful performance of the officer’s duties apprehend defendant on outstanding warrants [sic].”
