The impact was felt at the 300 Swift apartments after multiple pipes burst due to cold weather, flooding a stack of three apartments. A sprinkler pipe ruptured on the balcony of one unit on the fourth floor of the building. Another pipe had previously burst earlier in the day in the below-ground parking garage.
Swift residents observed the first pipe burst in the parking garage at approximately 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
