RALEIGH, NC – Pizzeria Toro, the Durham pizzeria known for its wood-fired pies and seasonal small plates, is targeting a fall 2026 opening at 807 Halifax St, Raleigh, NC 27604, chef and owner Gray Brooks told Business Debut.
Brooks said the team is in the final stages of selecting a general contractor, with plans going in for review and hopes to begin work in the space by the end of the month.
What to Expect
Brooks said the Raleigh dining room is currently drawn at a seat count in the mid-70s, though that number could shift once the team is in the space.
