DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A woman accused of killing one of her children and attempting to kill another last week made her first appearance in Durham County Court from a hospital bed Tuesday.
Andrea Morgan Faust, 41, is charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder after two of her children, both younger than five, were found unresponsive on Chartwell Courtaround 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 12.
