Duke officials issued severe weather guidance to community members in anticipation of heavy rain, damaging winds and heightened risk of tornadoes on Sunday night and Monday.
Duke will be monitoring weather conditions Monday and advise community members if they need to take additional precautions, administrators from Student Affairs and Housing and Residence Life told the campus community via Sunday emails. The severe weather is expected to begin around 10 p.m. Sunday, with the highest likelihood of storms in the early morning hours Monday.
