Students living in Duke’s Blue Light Living apartment complex say the bus service connecting it to West Campus struggles with efficiency and consistency, leaving students waiting longer than expected for rides to campus.
The issue has drawn more attention in the spring semester as many juniors returning from study abroad have been given housing assignments in the complex. Duke Parking & Transportation Services says it is trying to address the concerns.
