Hillsborough police responded to a fight involving a firearm around 5:30 p.m. on March 20 in the 200 block of Cheshire Drive. Officers arrested Chan Owens, 29, of Graham, who faces charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and misdemeanor resisting a public officer.
