Efland man jailed without bond on 10 child exploitation charges: ITF

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — An Efland man is being held without bond after investigators tied him to multiple cyber tips involving suspected child exploitation.

The Invictus Task Force opened the case in March after receiving reports from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Investigators identified James Douglas Metcalf, 57, as a suspect.
