ADA, Okla. (KXII) – A nearly eight-year wait for justice ended Friday when a Byng man was sentenced to 20 years in connection with a 2018 murder that remained unprosecuted for six years.
Zachery Perkins, 28, entered a plea of no contest before District Court Judge Steve Kessinger and was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of Jonathon Pinon.
