Oklahoma Co. Sheriff’s case moved to Canadian Co., court records reveal

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – On Friday, the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s lawsuit against the jail trust took another turn in the case, this time in a different county.

New court records reveal that a judge has ordered the case be reassigned to another judge in the Canadian County District, citing “good cause”.

The lawsuit in question focuses on the transportation of inmates to and from the Oklahoma County Jail to the courthouse.
