POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Okla. (KOKH) — Officials are investigating a multi-vehicle accident that claimed the life of one person and left several people injured in Pottawatomie County.
Around 1:30 p.m. on June 23, emergency crews were called to an accident along US 177 and Summerwood Lane in Pottawatomie County.
Investigators say a southbound vehicle was attempting to make a left-hand turn and stopped to wait for northbound traffic when an unidentified vehicle passed the turning vehicle on the right shoulder.
