OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — On July 1 the Marissa Murrow Act will take effect, which brings changes to licensing for individuals to serve alcohol at event venues in Oklahoma.
Marissa Murrow was a 19-year-old student at the University of Central Oklahoma when her life was cut short by a drunk driver in October of 2020.
