OKLAHOMA CITY – Sterling Morales of Yukon, OK, has been charged with second degree murder after a hit-and-run accident left one person dead in Oklahoma City, according to police.
Court documents claim that Morales, a 28-year-old man, was pulled over by officers near 3100 North Interstate 35 Service Road in Oklahoma City, after he failed to stop at a stop sign and they observed that his front headlight was defective. People nearby notified the police of two victims in the street.
