Brent Swadley transferred out of Oklahoma County jail; reason unclear

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Convicted restaurant owner Brent Swadley has been moved to a new detention facility outside of Oklahoma County while he awaits sentencing connected to his case, jail records show.

Swadley was convicted May 28 in connection to a high profile fraud case. Since that conviction, Swadley has been held in the Oklahoma County Jail.

However, Grady County online jail records show Ronald “Brant” (Brent) Swadley is now being held at the county’s detention facility. The information listed online shows that Swadley was booked into the jail July 2 at 2:30 p.m. The only charge information listed is that it’s part of a hold for another county and lists Oklahoma County as the arresting agency.

News 4 reached out to representatives of Swadley for comment, but was told his team didn’t have one at this time…
