GRAND Mental Health has been selected to expand its Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services into 12 additional counties in northwest and central Oklahoma, increasing its service area to 25 counties statewide.
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services selected GRAND Mental Health through a competitive proposal process to operate CCBHC services in Catchment Area 4. The transition will take place through a phased implementation designed to maintain continuity of care for clients, families, employees and community partners.
Where will the expansion take place?
The newly added counties include Alfalfa, Beaver, Cimarron, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Harper, Major, Texas, Woods and Woodward.
