OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — After multiple reported thefts across area golf courses, police say one man’s alleged scheme has come to its final hole.
36-year-old James Gilmore was arrested Thursday after allegedly stealing multiple golf clubs.“It’s very unique, and he just walked out with it,” Scott Doyle with Lake Hefner Golf Course, told News 4 back in June.

In June, News 4 told you about a reported theft at Lake Hefner Golf Course. Security cameras caught a man taking a $450 putter from the pro shop.
“To have somebody take advantage of, you know, being here and not paying attention and stuff like that, it’s a little disheartening,” said Doyle back in June.
