Oklahoma Death Row inmate Carlos Cuesta-Rodriguez to appear for clemency hearing
OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma man sentenced to death in 2007 will appear before the State Pardon and Parole Board on Tuesday to plead for clemency.
