OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) is asking the public for input on the Toby Keith Expressway (formerly East-West Connector) turnpike at I-40 in Newalla.
According to OTA, residents in Oklahoma and Cleveland counties who travel I-40 and the I-335/Kickapoo Turnpike are asked to provide input for the future interchange.
OTA says the expressway will be a new east-west corridor connecting I-44 to I-40 and the I-335/Kickapoo Turnpike as part of the Oklahoma City Outer Loop. Resident input will focus on traffic flow and feedback on how the interchange and local infrastructure improvements will impact motorists.
