The 144-acre mixed-use development anchored by Scheels sporting goods in northwest Oklahoma City is gaining momentum with new commitments and contracts in the works, according to the project’s developer.
The project at 14401 N. Portland Ave., north of the Kilpatrick Turnpike and west of the Lake Hefner Parkway, has secured a western wear retailer, signed a letter of intent with an new-to-market concept, and put a 285-unit apartment complex under contract.
“We’ve got a lot of irons in the fire right now,” Randy Hogan, the developer of the site, said. “So far so good on activity level.”…
