Driver charged with manslaughter nearly one year after fatal I-35 crash

Nearly one year after a fatal crash on Interstate 35, an Oklahoma City man has been charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter following an investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Jonathan Aubrey Bush, 41, is accused in connection with the Aug. 14, 2025 crash that killed his passenger, Mark Majors of Midwest City.

According to the original OHP investigation, Bush was driving a 2019 Hino box truck southbound on I-35 near Mile Marker 163 when the truck left the roadway and struck an unoccupied construction vehicle in an active work zone.
