TOWN OF FLORENCE, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — An Oklahoma man was arrested early Friday morning after a suspicious activity call in the town of Florence, according to Oneida County Sheriffs.
Sheriffs were called to the area of Osceola Road in the town of Florence at approximately 7:30 am on Friday, August 21. Upon their arrival, officers learned that a pickup truck was discovered abandoned on the caller’s lawn. The caller provided a description of the possible operator — later learned to be 56-year-old Gary Black of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
