DEL CITY, Okla. – A 37-year-old man riding an electric bicycle was killed in an overnight crash in Del City, and the driver who struck him was arrested after police determined he did not have a valid driver’s license.
Del City police identified the bicyclist as Kevin Blaylock Jr.
