OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — A woman is facing charges of child neglect after DHS said her two-week-old baby tested positive for amphetamines, methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl.
According to court documents, the baby had been born inside an apartment where Savannah Sniffen lived.
