OTA pays more than $20 million to acquire HeyDay property for turnpike project
NORMAN, Okla. – The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority paid a total of $20,533,040 to acquire the HeyDay Entertainment property in Norman as part of the expansion of the Toby Keith Expressway, according to records obtained by News 9.
The acquisition comes as the OTA continues purchasing property along the 28-mile corridor, with construction underway on several portions of the project.
