OKLAHOMA CITY – A developer says an “epicenter of entertainment” is making its making its way to Oklahoma City. An already planned project for retail and residential living called “The Oak” near Northwest Expressway and Pennsylvania Avenue will now include an event venue. The 20-acre lot will become a center with numerous restaurants, a business venue, space to connect and, according to developers, the next entertainment venue.
