EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) – The City of Edmond is gearing up to participate in tire cleanup supporting “Keep Route 66 Beautiful” .
The event kicks off August 31, residents can drop off old tires for proper disposal at no charge.
According to Edmond officials, old tires can be brought to the Edmond Electric headquarters, 2004 Old Timbers Drive, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Proof of Edmond residency will be required to participate.
